What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I was chillin' at my folks place this afternoon
watching the UF vs. UGA football game and
just about lost my shit worse than UF's coach!
Florida had 6 turnovers and countless penalties...
It was this sloppy and undisciplined play that cost
them not only the game but likely a shot at any
type of championship...
The same relationship between attention to detail
and kick ass results can be scene in the gym...
Simply put, sometimes progress means simply wiping
out a lot of the bone-headed mistakes you're making.
You gotta stop preventing yourself from getting
the results you want!!!

Here are 4 Major Mistakes I see that if addressed
could mean an extra 15 lbs of muscle gain, 35 lbs.
on your max, and a six pack in less than 3 months...
1) No Order or Organization. I tell people all the
time, there's gotta be an intelligent and organized
approach to your routine. If not, you'll get shit results...
2) No Strength Bias. If you don't focus on building
strength, you're missing out on stimulating the release
of anabolic hormones like Testosterone and HGH.
3) Shittay Form. This is the MOST overlooked aspect
of lifting and its so basic. Just doing it right will get you
seriously badass results and keep you from getting jacked up...
4) Doing Cardio. If you're wanting to get ripped while
maintaining size and strength, cardio will screw you faster
than a 5 dollar hooker! Instead focus on training intensity...
If you LIKE not getting JACKED, RIPPED & STRONG
then don't address these major mistakes...
