What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I think it's pretty safe to say that we've all meandered
through the aisles of the grocery store and read some
sort of Muscle magazine...
They hook you with some Jacked & Ripped dude
on the front with a headline that reads something
like "Gain 13 inches on your Biceps in 4 days"...
It's hard not to buy into what they're telling you
when it's jumping out at you and getting you that
excited...
The thing is, all that hype with no legitimate plan is
nothing more than BULLSHIT!

And these magazines as well as the dumbass "trainers"
that abide by them are crushing not only your wallet,
but your hopes and dreams too!
What drives me bat shit crazy though is the one myth they
continuously preach that I've continuously proven wrong.
"You can't build muscle and burn fat at the same time"...
That's complete B.S. and I've made a living off proving them
wrong!
