Smarter "Progressions" for Faster Results???

If we're on the same page and are looking to kick
ass in the gym and in life, it's all about taking the 
proper steps to get to where you want to be...
 
I'm talking about making the right "Progressions"...
 
----> My thoughts on "Proper Progressions"...
 
If you haven't realized it yet, everything I do in the gym
and my life is calculated and mapped out meticulously 
with robot like precision...
 
Why? Because unless you're using a system that has 
clearly mapped out "progressions" you aren't going 
to make the progress you want...
 
It's just like the old saying goes, "You can't walk before
you crawl"...
 
That fact is true with the results you're gonna be busting 
your ass in the gym for too...
 
Let's say you want to do some of the sweet shit we do
in the Man Cave. 
 
Before you do that, you gotta master your bodyweight,
and after that, the simpler more basic options of that 
sweet exercise that you wanna be able to do...
