What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I'm sure you've been told at some point in time that
the keep to burning fat and getting that turbo-ripped
athletic physique is accomplished by doing cardio...
Let me guess...
You were told to do 30 minutes to an hour either right
when you wake up or right after you got your SWOLE
on...
Like the damn "Fat Burn Fairies" only visit during those
times of the day...
Please! Get out of here with that pre-historic BULLSHIT!!!
The truth is, unless you want to burn off all that muscle
that you busted balls for, you gotta stay away from doing
slow paced cardio...
My solution?
Doing fast paced, intense metabolic conditioning that will
allow you to maintain your size, strength, dignity and MAN
Quotient while dramatically increasing your metabolic rate...
Seriously, nothing is more ineffective and miserable than
trudging along on a treadmill or an elliptical like a fat chick
on the fast track to NO WHERE (literally and figuratively)...
DON'T fall into the trap of doing that! It sucks and it doesn't
do what it is supposed to do!
