Squat Vs. Leg Press>>>Which one MEN do and WHY

I got a question today that about made my blood
boil over...
 
It shouldn't have...but it did.
 
It was the age old "Can I leg press instead of squat"
question...
 
Why do I get worked up about this?
 
Cuz I give a damn aout getting you the badass results
you deserve!
 
----> Squat vs. Leg Press
 
Lets look at what will improve when you SQUAT versus
when you Leg Press...
 
Squat
 
1) Increased Size (squats will get you JACKED) 
 
2) Increased Strength (MAN Strength from stabilizing 
muscles that AREN'T worked with you guessed it, the 
Leg Press)
 
3) Increased Speed & Explosiveness (the more force you
can apply into the ground, the faster you are...the faster you
are the more dominant and scary you are)
 
4) Increased Testosterone (increase your T-Levels and you can
expect to increase strength, increase muscle growth, and burn 
a tremendous amount of fat...that sounds damn good to me!)
 
5) Increased MAN Quotient (there's not a single exercise that
requires you to have more sack fluid coursing through your 
body)
 
Leg Press 
 
1) Increased vaginal discharge (about as cool as it sounds)
 
2) Increased Size and Girth of Labia (you want a camel 
toe? I sure as hell don't!)
