What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I remember like it was yesterday heading up to
Ohio in 2010 to lift at the Underground Strength
Seminar that Dave Tate put on..
When I mustered up the balls to jump in with the
bearded badass Jason Pegg (a 1,000 lb. squatter),
I was given advice I'll never forget...
The advice he gave me in one breath was enough
to increase my squat by 75 in one day, and over
130 lbs in 12 weeks!!!
So what did he tell me and how did it work that
damn fast?
Well without getting into too much detail, he taught
me the first two points of the 4 Point Squat Domination
plan...
The first being Adequate Mental and Physical Preparation,
and the second being the Efficient Lever Alignment system...
Sounds unbelievably nerdy I know, but that shit works!!!
