What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
 
One of the biggest perks I've had being in the fitness
industry is that I get to travel all over the place as well
as meet some of the biggest badasses that it has... 
 
One of the strongest and coolest was Brian Carroll. 
 
When I say strong, I mean he's got the ability to strap
a damn car on his back and squat it!!!
 
1,000+ lbs. Strong!!!
 
When I went to his garage gym and jumped in with him 
on a squat session, he quickly dissected what I was doing 
under the bar and gave me my favorite coaching cue...
 
He told me to "Spread the Floor"...
 
What does this mean and how was it responsible for

know 100% that with what he and other coaches taught 
me, you can add atleast 75 lbs. to your squat by Christmas!!!!
