Today was a bad day...until

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I'm not gonna lie to you, today was a day that
had a hellacious start. NOTHING was going
right!
Nothing until I finished up my training....
After that all was peachy and I felt like a huge
burden was lifted off my back.
Dude, I'm telling you right now, the best and most
healthy stress reliever is strenuous training...
And there's a good reason why....
After any prolonged intense bout of exercise, your
pituitary gland (same thing that makes and releases
Growth Hormone) produces and releases Endorphins...
These "neurotransmitters" are like little messengers
that send a signal to the rest of your body that says
"Hey dude, it's all good!!!"
They are feel good chemicals!
They were responsible for bringing me out of a funk
and can do the same for you...
Only if you train a certain way though...
