What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
Everyday it seems I'm bombarded with people
that give every excuse as to why they can't
accomplish their goals in the gym or in life...
Not gonna lie, it gets old and I have grown
numb to a lot of the B.S. people spew...
But for all of the non-sense that's sent my way,
there's just as many success stories from people
just like you that are willing to Kick Ass!!!

Thank you very much for the Swole System. I'm in
week 10 right now and I've set some huge (for me) PR's.
Prior to starting the program I had a 1 RM squat of 365.
About halfway through, I had to do a 4 RM squat and got
345 for a strong 4 reps. Also, my previous 1 RM bench
was a grinder at 280. Yesterday I smoked 290. I felt like
I had another 5-10 lbs in me, but stopped there, wanting to
finish on a positive note and as I was using a random guy
for a spot. This isn't huge weight, but it's the most I've
benched in years!!!
