I just had a big ass meal at a steak house in 
Hoboken, NJ and before my food baby morphs
into a food coma, I wanna hook you up...
 
You see one of my favorite ways of training, and
the way I got my start in working out is by doing
bodyweight work...
 
If you're looking for a quick way to build muscle
and burn fat FAST, try doing a "Tabata Set" with
bodyweight exercises...
 
-Push Ups
-Pull ups
-Squats
-Lunges
-etc....
 
Pick out two of these exercises and do 8 sets of 20 sec.
on and 10 sec. off...

The reason these type of bodyweight intensity methods 
work so well is that they incorporate big muscle groups
and get your heart rate up extremely high...
 
Many people don't believe bodyweight work can give 
you badass results, but training I put these SWOLEdiers
