attribute to building your biceps with...
 
What I've gotten the MOST success with for building
size and peak in the biceps is the good ole fashioned
Pull Up and Chin Up!
 
That's right! And if you think that's the only thing you
can do with bodyweight training you are W-R-O-N-G!!!
