What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
On more than one occasion I've been asked what
the toughest training routine I've ever done was...
To many peoples surprise I answer with a session
that consisted 100% of bodyweight exercises!
That's right. Not a single dumbbell, barbell, or any
other weight was involved.
There are a lot of meatheads out there making the
grave mistake of thinking that bodyweight training
doesn't deliver results....
Couldn't be further from the truth!!!
And as for that routine...I want you to try it for
yourself and see if you still believe bodyweight
training won't work for you!
5 Rounds
a) Walking Lunge (100 feet)
b) Push Ups (25 reps)
c) Sprint (100 feet)
d) Pull Up (10 reps)
