"2 a Day Training" for faster results???

What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
Many of you have at one point done or atleast
heard of someone doing "2 a Days" in efforts
to achieve faster results...
Well this is the thing you have to understand
about them. If you do them the RIGHT way,
you can get great results...
But, as with everything that we do in the gym
or in life, there's a wrong way to do it too....
Do them the WRONG way and not only will
you not get faster results, you'll get WORSE
results!!!

What I tell people to do regardless if they are
trying to get JACKED, RIPPED, or STRONG,
is to do this...
20 minutes of weakpoint metabolic training in the
morning, follow it up with rest and nutrition, then
do your heavy training later....
You gotta put it all together just like that...
You gotta use intelligence in your training. Nothing
else will get you what you want!!!
