I just posted a sweet training video over
on my YouTube page that showed a very
cool bench press variation you'll love...
It's called a Proprioceptive Kettlebell Bench
and we seldom plug it into our program...
Why?
Cuz besides the way it helps build tremendous
strength in the smaller stabilizing muscles when
bench pressing, it also builds tons of muscle!!!
There are tons of different exercises and methods
we plug in that are meant to shock the body into
growing...
What you have to understand is this though, if
you are trying to shock yourself into growth like
we do, you can't use this method often...
That's why we call it "Shock Training"...
If you do it too often, it ceases to "Shock" your
body into growing...
