What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
This email might seem very elementary to many
of you, but the fact of the matter is, the trick to
being able to get ridiculously ripped is simple...
Use these 3 rules and I can guarantee you that
you'll get uber-ripped uber-fast!!!
Rule #1 : Train with intensity and intelligence
with a focus on building maximal strength and
muscular endurance
Rule #2 : Focus on your nutrition with even more
focus than you have on your training. Remember,
you can't out train a crappy diet
Rule #3 : Do both of the above two on a consistent
basis. I know that sounds like a cop out for the 3rd
rule, but it's the truth. DON"T quit!!!
