What's Crackin' SWOLEdiers?!
I was training at the gym today and saw
a sad and unfortunate event take place...
I saw a dude doing the same exact routine
today that he had done yesterday, the day
before and countless times before that...
Bench Press, then Incline Bench Press,
then Decline Bench Press, then Tricep
Pressdowns...
And guess how much bigger, stronger and
more ripped up he's gotten...
Not at all!!!
