If I ever set out to accomplish 
ANYTHING in the gym or 
in other areas of life that are
worth kicking ass in, this is
the formula I use every time..
 
(Eff. + Att.) x (Int-1 + Int-2)
 
Let me explain...
 
Eff. = Effort...
Att. = Attitude...
Int-1 = Intelligence in planning
Int-2 = Intensity and/or Focus
 
When you can combine the only
two elements in life that you can
control (effort & attitude) with a
focused, intense and intelligent
plan, you're gonna move full 
steam ahead towards your true
ass-kicking capabilities!
 
That's the key brother!
 
Next time you're pursuing whatever 
it is that you want, sit down and plug
this equation into the process and watch
what happens...
