When you hit the point when it
seems no matter what you do
you can't get results no matter
how hard you diet or train, try
this trick...
Scrap the weights and stick with
only bodyweight routines for up
to 1-2 weeks...
Not only is it a pretty sweet way to
give your skeleto-muscular & nervous
system a chance to de-load and re-load,
it builds a ton of density, muscularity
and conditioning...
Stick with this format:
After every 5 weeks of slaughtering
the heavy weights, use the bodyweight
routines below for 1-2 weeks straight..
It's a great way to get faster results and
prevent your body from burning out or
plateauing.

Fun fact for you. When I was making
the move to MAN Cave 2.0 (our bigger
gym we moved into in 2011), I used
these same workout routines for 3 weeks
straight and ironically saw a 15 lb. bump
in my bench max...
