I Screwed Up...(kind of)

Hey dude, I gotta get something
off my chest...
This has been bothering me a ton
since last night and I actually lost
a few hours of sleep (no joke)...
I feel like I've failed you as a coach,
a leader, and a friend..
But rest assured, it's the first and
last time it ever happens. PERIOD!!
Let me explain.
Recently I unleashed MANamorphosis
to you at a pretty low price. And if you
got it you got a sweet deal...
You'll get unreal results with it..
But where I failed you is in how
I delivered the ability to hold you
accountable as a coach and trainer...
Yea, there are tests in there that
challenged your MAN Quotient,
but there was no one and nothing
there holding you accountable
to put yourself through those...
You see that's the magic dust that
every successful transformation
begins with..
Accountability to yourself and to
what you are destined to achieve..
That's what's gonna allow you to
TAKE that extra inch that over
time makes the difference between
gaining that extra muscle, burning
that last little bit of fat, and setting a
new record by 5-10 lbs...or not!!!
That's the secret sauce!
Problem is, life sometimes gets
in the way...
Look I get it.
I know even the most intense and
dedicated of lifters have those days
where they just can't make things
click for them..
Well I want to solve that once and
for all..
If the MAN Cave taught me anything
it's the power of matching accountability
with the "Rule of Training Specificity
& Specialization"...
I've seen more guys that thought they
were hopeless and non-deserving some
how of getting the results they wanted
make it to the SWOLE of Fame faster
than more genetically gifted counterparts...

They were held accountable on a daily
basis to complete the training their specific
goals and body type matched best with...
