"What is your job title?"

 

I get asked this all the time by

people I've run into from my 

past and even from people 

online who are a part of the

Team Swole Patrol family. 

 

Here's what I tell them:

 

I'm a coach, and more importantly

YOUR coach...

 

But what is a coach? 

 

It sounds like a silly question to ask,

but definitely one worth answering.

 

A "coach" is what I define as a teacher

who gets you efficiently form point A to

point B..

 

And a GREAT coach is one that will

shave off as much valuable time as 

possible for you to get to where you 

want to be...

 

Because lets face it, the most 

valuable commodity in life is 

not money, it's time!

 

And if you have a coach that can

get you to your desired outcome in

2 steps instead of 5 or 6, imagine

the advantage you will have!!!

 

It's like having a shortcut that nobody

else knows about...
