Muscle Buildings "1-Hour Rule"

"Dude, I bet you workout like
 3 hrs. per day. Right?"
 
Where did that idea come from?
 
The truth is, after an hour of 
pounding the weights, your 
body starts moving away from
being anabolic and into being 
catabolic..
 
So to recap, when the clock starts
to tick, for the first 60 minutes you
put yourself in position to be like
the Hulk...
 
...then past that you quickly deteriorate 
into being a fairy tale princess. 
 
NOT the hormonal atmosphere you
want to put your body into if you are
trying to build that dense and ripped 
look .
 
That means you gotta start getting 
your act together in the gym and 
squeezing all the important stuff
in to that one hour window.
 
All the right lifts, all the right reps,
and all the right sets...that's what 
you need to do in order to knock
of those goals like an assassin!
 
It can be pretty tricky with all the 
BS and lies that the majority of the
magazines feed you so I made it

P.S. Quick tip: if you focus on compound 
exercises instead of the time wasting isolation
exercises that only work one muscle group, you
can get a lot faster results in a lot less time.
