3 Reasons My Workouts Used to BLOW

Published: Tue, 01/28/14

I'll be the first to admit, my
workouts used to suck the
big one!!!

All I wanted was to build strength
and size while getting ripped too..

But their was a major problem
I had that I'm afraid might be
crushing your gains too...

Although I thought I had my
workout routine on lock down
the results simply didn't lie...

The first mistake I made was doing
the same workouts over and over...

You'd think "hey, it got me results
before so why not keep doing the
same thing?"

Yea, that was mistake one...

Simply put you have to learn to
constantly vary your workouts
so that your body is "tricked"
into growing..

Next, I wasn't using the right
tools to build what I wanted.

The exercises I thought were
the best to use for building more
muscle and burning more fat were
way off...

I thought that if those beasts in the
muscle magazines were doing it,
that means it must work for me too..

WRONG! Many of those guys are
jacked up on more testosterone and
hormones than a hamburger at your
local McDonalds!

And last but not least, was the major
mistake I was making with cardio and
ab training while trying to get a 6-pack.

This is easily the BIGGEST mistake that
I see in everyones workouts today.

And its a shame, because the mistakes
that are being made make your workouts
a lot tougher and longer than if you did
it the right way...

I clear it all up here though so check
this out if you're ready to start killing
it inside the gym:

I wasted years of trying to do it all on
my own way before I finally sought
out the best coaches money could buy..

I'll never get that time back, but I'll
be damned if I didn't try to prevent
you from making these same mistakes!

they exposed me to:

P.S. What finally got me to set my ego
aside and get the results I wanted so bad
was reading this quote:

thing over and over again but expecting a
different result"
