My #1 Favorite "Power Food"

 I got my fridge packed with
POWER foods and if you
are trying to get that Jacked
& Ripped look you should too...
 
But wait, what in the world is 
a power food?
 
To be honest...it's a term I just
made up, but here's the story 
behind it.
 
Last weekend a buddy of mind
came to my place for a BBQ that
I had at my house and asked me
if he could grab a cold one..
 
Being the gracious host, I kindly
directed him to my fridge.
 
He opened up and the first thing
he said was "Damn! Dude you've
got all them high energy power 
foods!"
 
I had to laugh...then ask what he 
meant...
 
"You know...healthy foods that 
give you a ton of energy"
 
Power foods. I like it. 
 
And if we're gonna call them that 
I might as well let you in on my 
favorite one...
 
Red Meat.
 
Lean cuts like tenderloin, sirloin,
extra lean ground beef...those are
my favorites.
 
They're naturally high in creatine 
which helps in muscle building, and 
will definitely up your Testosterone
levels.
