5 "Diet Foods" that are KILLING your 6-Pack

Believe me I spent years
doing workouts that in all
reality should have given
me far better results than 
I was getting...
 
The missing ingredient?
 
That's easy. My diet was trash!
 
Worst thing was, I didn't know
just how bad it was until I got a 
diet review from the dietician that
completely changed the way I ate
and thus the way I looked.
 
He pin pointed 7 of the biggest 
culprits in my diet that I actually
thought were healthy choices...
 
I won't go into deep detail, because
I'm about to catch a flight and am a 
little short on time, but here are the 
top 5 "Diet Food" culprits that you
need to kick out of your diet if a 
6-Pack is what you're going for:
 
1) Salads: the high fat add ons can 
make this popular diet food a big 
calorie bomb!
 
2) Microwave Diet Meals: Lean Cuisine 
& Weight Watchers should be ashamed 
at not just how fatty these thing are, but 
also at how god awful they taste! It's like 
chewing on ass flavored rubber!!!
 
3) Sugar-Free & Reduced Fat Foods: They 
may seem like great ways to cut calories 
while enjoying comfort foods, but theres 
a trade off going on in each that makes 
them so tasty. And those trade offs are 
usually putting a big hurtin' on your diet! 
 
4) Yogurt: If I asked you whether you 
thought a McDonalds Yogurt Parfait 
of a milk shake had more calories, 
which would you say? The surprising
answer is the parfait! Yogurt can be 
slammed with sugar and saturated fat. 
Beware of that!
 
5) Granola: Sorry hippies! Your entry 
into the snack hall of fame is also packed 
with fat and sugar. Both of which will kill 
your pursuit of a chiseled 6-Pack.
 
Bottom line is that diet can be crazy 
confusing.
 
But as important as it is you simply
can't afford to not know what you're
eating.
 
That's why the first thing I did with 
everyone at the MAN Cave after 
getting their training in order is make 
sure their diets were on point and 
making it easy for them to burn fat.
