Chest Building: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
Published: Mon, 02/03/14
Happy Monday to you bro!
Now it being Monday I'm
willing to bet you are going
to be heading in after a long day
of work and crush your chest...
Before you do I want to make sure
you're going into battle with the
right artillery.
Because there's nothing worse
than busting it in the gym but
not getting what you deserve...
So here's a quick cheat sheet
for you to follow before entering
your swole asylum later today...
The Good: The Barbell Bench Press
and any other dumbbell bench variation
is crucial for those that want to build
density, muscularity, and beast strength.
The Bad: Any Chest Press Machine
that offers a fixed range of motion
and doesn't allow the recruitment
of many of the bodies deepest muscle
fibers (less recruitment=less growth)...
The Ugly: Isolation exercises like
cable crossovers and the pec deck
are the worst when it comes to building
any size for you. Not only do they only
isolate one muscle group, but they do so
in a fixed range of motion. Little growth
potential there bro!
I know it may make you a little a lil
uncomfortable to hear about that but
truth be told when you abide by those
rules you're gonna be amazed with
the results!
Joey adopted this mindset after
following the traditional magazine
workouts and after 11 weeks totally
transformed his body!
Check it out:

Focusing on that little change
allowed him to gain 35 lbs. of
muscle while adding 115 lbs.
to his bench and even getting
him ripped to shreds!
Others have gotten the exact same
results.
Here's how:
I gotta warn you though. To get these
type of results you have to be willing
to go balls out on your workouts.
If you're a pansy you won't get
anywhere close to the results
Joey or anyone of our top guys
got while soldiering through..
I know you care, you got the
balls, and will now have the
know how...That's all you'll
ever need!
