This Drawing Will End ALL Your Training Problems

You're gonna dig this bro...
I was in a pretty intense research
and program development session
when I asked myself a real simple
question.
Why do most people fail in the
gym?
After coming up with a million
different reasons on why I myself
used to fall face first with some of
my workouts I had a Eureka moment.
You know what I'm talking about..
When a light bulb goes off and you
say to yourself "damn, why didn't I
think about that earlier?!"
Before I get into this picture and
how it can help your workouts be
consistently badass, let me first tell
you this:
If you aren't happy with the results
you're getting from your workouts
understand that YOU aren't the one
failing...your workout is failing.
So don't lose hope or faith that you
can turn it all around..
See if you're going balls to the wall
then I've got some pretty sweet news
for you...
One, I respect the heck out of you for
having the balls to work for what you
want (never discredit that virtue...it'll
take you anywhere you want in life).
But more importantly, I've figured out
EXACTLY why guys that constantly
bust their balls sometimes don't get
the results their hard work really
should give them..
I actually drew it out in this picture
that you see bellow...

If you can't read my kindergarten level
handwriting, I'll break it down real easy
for you..
The major issue that's keeping you from
geting JACKED & RIPPED is actually
a combination of two problems...
~You're body chemistry is WAY too
catabolic to support fast & major
growth
and
~You're metabolic rate is lagging too
much to burn the body fat necessary
to get you shredded
There's a pretty easy fix to these that
you should check out if you you think
your workouts aren't living up to their
end of the bargain.
The "5 Phase" daily workouts that you'll
be doing are gonna cause a massive tidal
wave of anabolic hormones and a huge
spike in your metabolism.
Translation: guys that care enough
to bust their ass and use this get sick
results in record time!
But I'll be the first to tell you, if you
DONT have the balls to get after it,
then don't waste your time!
