#1 Fastest Way to Grow Your Bench

Who else want's to get a bigger
bench?
No lift gives us dudes greater pride
than the amount of weight we can
slap onto the bar and lock out...
Well here's my #1 trick that
will have you putting up new
maxes like they're nothing!
Learn to keep your levers in
complete alignment...
That's nerd talk for making
sure that your elbows are
tucked and your forearms
are pointing straight up.
This along with digging your
shoulders into the bench itself
allows you to take every ounce
of force you can apply and
plugging it straight into the bar...
I'm telling you bro, follow just
those quick tips and you'll make
every other dude in the gym look
like a complete pansy on the bench!
