"Captain America" Workout

The new Captain America movie 
is coming out next month and I'm
already getting pumped about it!
 
Funny thing is, I just got a question
from a dude asking me how he could
get a body like Chris Evans sports in
the previous Capt. America & Avengers
movie...
 
Not a problem!
 
Lets examine...
 
Dude's ripped, but also pretty jacked...
 
He's got broad shoulders, big arms, 
chiseled pecs, and a tight/ripped up
six pack too...
 
....and to top it off, he kicks more
ass than Chuck Norris does in 
Walker Texas Ranger!
 
Here's a list of what you'll need to do
to get that Jacked & Ripped look that
allows you to kick all sorts of ass too.
 
1) Build as much strength as possible
in your Core Lifts (Squat, Bench, 
Deadlift, & OH Press). Focusing 
on this will allow you to build tons 
of size, width & density all over.
 
2) TONS of circuit training that uses 
compound exercises and addresses 
weak points from your core lifts. This
allows you to become ripped to shreds
and strong as hell...
 
3) NO CARDIO!!! This shrinks your 
future & present muscle gains while 
destroying your anabolic hormone levels   
that are responsible for building muscle
and burning fat at the same time...
