Dude I slept in like a bum
today!
But to tell you the truth I really
needed it...
Yesterday I did a ton of volume
with my core lift (banded front
squats) and then followed that
up with some Barbell & Dumbbell
circuits that CRUSHED me!!!
As shot as my body is, and as
much as I don't feel like getting
off my ass though, I'm gonna get
right back at it today...
