My "3 Question Lifting Checklist"

We're changing it up!!!
This past week we went into
great detail about why your
diet is the missing ingredient
to your transformation into a
glorified bad@ss.
If you missed out on your chance
to pick up the exact supplement
and diet plan we use as a "natural"
shortcut, don't freak...
I'm sure I'll open it back up later
this year.
But in the meantime, I wanna switch
gears and start getting back to the root
of our program...
Getting in the gym and busting ass
until we have the JACKED, vascular,
ripped up and sleeve splitting that we
all are sacrificing for...
I can't let you lose sight of the
importance of every little thing
about training.
It's just too complex and easy to
screw up for me to let you lose
focus on it...
To get us dialed back in on that,
I want to let you in on a secret
that my top old-school bodybuilding
and powerlifting mentors let me
in on when I first started lifting...
If you're wanting to build muscle
and burn fat at the same time, you
will want to focus on building as
much STRENGTH as possible in
your main lifts.
This forces EXTREME releases in
your bodies most powerful muscle
building and fat burning agents (GH
& Testosterone).
And if you're going to do that, you
must address these 3 questions, or
your gains will be for lack of a better
way to put it...blocked!
1) Is your lifting form right?
When your form is off, you will
recruit less muscle which means:
~you will never lift at your "true
strength potential" and always
leave gains you have inside on
the table
~less growth (lowered muscle fiber
stimulation means less hypertrophy)
~less fat burning...(muscle burns a
TON of fat all day long, and when
you have less of it...well, you do the
math!!!)
2) Is your Lifting Program "efficient"?
What I mean here is this...if your plan
isn't geared specifically to take your
exact goals, and get you from "where
you are" to "where you want to be" in
the shortest period of time as possible...
...then you need to dump it ASAP!!!
The easiest way to decide if you need
to dump it is if it's "NOT WORKING"...
Don't be devoted to something that's
failing you left and right...you're too
good for that brother!!!
3) Are you using the "right" exercises?
In our main lifts, we all have specific
points in the lift where we'll ALWAYS
fail.
These "weak points" need to be fixed
by choosing very specific exercises that
not only build strength to reinforce the
lift, but also to stimulate growth and
fat burning.

I was completely lost and frustrated
with my entire lifting program.
