How are your workouts going???

Hey dude just checking in
with you before I go hit the
weights...
Quick note before I do though.
Yesterday I was in kind of a hurry
to get in and out of the gym because
of a dinner I had to go to.
So naturally I was rushing through
things.
And because I'm just like you in
the sense that I like to get right to
the good stuff, I half-assed my
warm-up.
BIG MISTAKE!!!
See, believe it or not, this 10 minutes
is going to frame and position you for
either success of failure with your routine.
I'll give you one guess as to how
yesterdays session went.
TERRIBLE!
Weights felt heavier...
I couldn't get a pump...
I felt tight in all the wrong places...
Bottom line, I was better off just
taking an off day after finally getting
through the workout and realizing
I'd just wasted an hour of my time.
And it was all because I neglected
a simple 9 minute and 47 second
routine that I was "too busy" for...
Lesson learned!
Here's the routine that fixes all of
those problems in less than 10 minutes
so you can instantly have:
~bigger pumps
~bigger lifting numbers
~pain free lifting
~more muscle recruitment
~more anabolic hormone release
