a) Barbell Hang Clean (5 Reps)
b) Front Squat (5 Reps)
c) Overhead Press (5 Reps)
d) Row (5 Reps)
e) Dumbbell Farmers Walk (100 feet)
 
*Make sure to do this with the same barbell
  weight as well as do it as fast as possible*
