The 1 Word that's KILLING your Muscle Gains

There's an enemy out there that's
masquerading as a savior to those
trying to get ripped to the bone...
Even worse, there are tons of numb skull
"trainers" out there swearing up and down
about it.
What is it?
CARDIO!!!
The very thought of it makes me want
to puke!
This is the beef that I have with it and why
you should too:
1) It increases cortisol levels which use
up your hard earned size and strength
for fuel to carry it out.
2) It's terrible on your joints because of
the perpetual impact it has on your knees,
hips, and back (when running).
3) It sucks and doesn't work near as well
as high intensity metabolic training for
burning fat fast.
These guys were lucky enough to find

Hopefully you'll wake up before it's
too late to claim some sick results and
live the life of SWOLE...
These guys did and they'll NEVER
go back to doing cardio again!
