We are all trying to get that
Jacked & Ripped up look 
while performing like an
absolute BEAST!
 
But how do we get ripped up
while building or even 
maintaining muscle?
 
I can tell you right now, trudging
around endlessly on a treadmill is
NOT the ticket!
 
Not only does cardio suck to do,
it also burns muscle up to twice
as much as it does fat...
 
It ups your cortisol levels (the anti-
swole hormone)...
 
And it crushes you joints!!!
 
Doesn't sound like something we want  
now does it?
 
No. What we discovered is that if
you wanna build muscle while 
burning fat, you have to learn how
to stoke your "Fat Burning Furnace".
 
That's what I like to call your Resting
Metabolic Rate. And when you fire it
up, your gonna transform into a BEAST!!!
 
What's the simplest way to do that?
 
There are tons of different ways we've 
discovered to help you burn even the

My favorite is simply reducing the time
in between sets in order to up the intensity.
