Badass Quote to Get You PUMPED!

The Man Cave is home to some badass
dudes that would easily be the biggest,
strongest, scariest lifters at any other
gym (if they ever left)...
One of the things that makes a HUGE
difference is the amount of motivation
that radiates throughout the entire place.
We've got the rap and rock pumping loud,
quotes all over the wall, and a core group
of badasses that push each other to achieve
more than they thought was possible...
All in all, it's a place that takes average guys
and transforms them into Man-Childs that
dominate whatever they do in life!
Without a doubt the most accomplished
one of my band of ass-kicking misfits is
a retired USMC Lt. Colonel who's name
I LITERALLY can't drop (he's that legit)...
He's one of those guys that although in his
50's now could still beat the pants off anyone
half his age, but is cool enough to help them
back up...
He's Jacked, Ripped, Strong and Explosive
yet more importantly is a complete DUDE!
Well, a while back he dropped one of his
famous one liners out that I'll never forget...
When I saw him struggling a little bit with
what we drew into his program, I started to
let off the throttle some...
He checked me real quick and told me "Don't
feel sorry for me! Morale is the absence of Self-
Pity"...
Let that sink in a little bit. Even as this retired 52 yr
old former Marine was getting put through the ringer
and was about to pass out in the sweltering heat,
all he could think about was pushing forward!

If you are, I can guarantee you that you can get
the same results that the Colonel and all of my
other SWOLEdiers are getting too:
If you're reading this I know you're the type
that goes the extra mile to get what you want
from the gym (getting Jacked & Ripped)...
What I want you to start doing is demanding
more results from the program you use.
Because if you're going all out and aren't getting
what you want, it's not your fault, it's the programs...
Demand more and kick ass!
