#1 Exercise for Biceps Peak

How awesome is it to chill
poolside on a hot summer
day around your favorite
people in the world?
Its the best!
Well I was lucky enough today
to do exactly that.
I was poolside with my girlfriend,
cutting loose and having a few drinks,
and simply enjoying myself (that's what
it's all about!!!)
All of a sudden I see a guy out of
the corner of my eye start walking
up to me...
He seemed pretty excited when he
came up to me so I could tell there
was something he was pretty eager
to tell me or ask me...
He came up to me and asked straight
up "yo man, what the hell do you do
to get your biceps to peak like that"...
I had a good laugh at this question and
jokingly replied "of all the good looking
women you see here you decide to come
up and talk to me?!"
After he bashfully smiled and got a little
red in the face I told him I'd be more than
happy to answer his question if he agreed
to not think I'm crazy with my response...
So I tell him point blank, my favorite way
to get a high peak on my biceps is actually
pull-ups.
As I expected he looked at me like
I had 3 heads (I've learned to expect
that response).
But, that really is the ticket!
It's the same with developing all of
the other muscles you want to build
and define...
Very seldom is it what you think that
actually works.
