Lifting Fashion Trick: "Best Shoes"
Published: Tue, 07/30/13
We're gonna talk about fashion
today, bro...
Not the formal and semi-formal
type that you're thinking of.
Although on that note I can tell
you this: It's a lot easier to pull
off a stylish look if you look like
a stud WITHOUT the clothes.
Nope, I'm gonna briefly discuss
with you an often overlooked, but
crucial accessory to your "outfit"
that could make or break your
strength and power output...
Your shoes!
I see people all the time wearing
shoes that are crippling their max
outs...
They think they're going into their
routines looking all fly with their
neon cross trainers that cost them
a weeks salary...
But what they're really doing is
sabotaging their squats and deadlifts...
No, there's only one type of shoe you
need to wear when you're squatting or
deadlifting for maximal strength or
explosiveness...
That's a pair of flat soled shoes that
have a solid foundation and are't too
elevated...
Reason being is that the heels of your
feet are where you're going to apply
force into the ground during your lifts...
And if you're trying to do so with a pair
of gel based crosstrainers or any other
non sturdy soled shoes, you're going
to be embarrassed with your 1 Rep Max.
Of course, even if you have the right shoes,
you gotta have a program that is perfectly
periodized to get you the exact results
you want...
If you don't follow an organized, intelligent,
and proven program like all of my guys at
the MAN Cave, you are settling for a
fraction of the results you should be getting.
That's a fact!
If you haven't done so already, you have
to check out this program.
The results it will get you are ones that
will 100% change your life!
