80 lb. Jump in Your Bench Press

Love me some Bench Press! Can't
get enough of it and don't think I 
could even if I wanted to... 
 
When you do it right you'll amp
up your testosterone, build major
strength & explosiveness, and get
a JACKED upper body!!!
 
Well, I trained it with my older
brother today and gave him a crash
course in how to do it the RIGHT 
way as well as what you can do 
afterwards to make your gains jump
through the roof.
 
As expected, he saw immediate gains
that saw his numbers and "pump" go 
up, and the level of pain in his shoulders
go down.
 
It's the same thing I taught my boy
EJ Gentile who visited the Man Cave
earlier this year from up in New York.
