Power Up Your Training Routine (4 easy tips)

There's a purity and badassness to working
out that I absolutely love! Head over heels
in love with it and have been since I was
14 years old.
I'm sure it's the same for you too.
But desire and dedication are only a small
piece of the pie. The truly difficult part is
getting the results we want to continue to
receive and build upon.
Here are 4 tips that I want you to constantly
lean on to asure you get the most of your
training:
1) Focus 100% of your time and energy
inside the gym on increasing your strength
in the basic lifts (squat, deadlift, bench, and
OH press) so that you can up your anabolic
hormone levels and build crazy dense muscle
2) Train every rep and every set from top
to bottom and beginning to end with 100%
intensity so that you can up your metabolism
and transform your body into that RIPPED
and SHREDDED ass-kicking machine you've
been sweating your nuts over
3) Make sure that the program you are using
isn't just some generic run of the mill routine
that you found inside a magazine. That's how
amateurs do it. You're better than that! If you
want Pro results, then train like a pro!
4) If what you are doing inside the gym is
NOT building you dominating strength &
muscle mass, or getting you ripped to shreds,
then you need to make a change! If it's broke,
you gotta fix it!!!
