Silly tip that'll save your Bench Press

The #1 weapon you can use today
for a bigger bench press is building
a bigger arch.
I can't tell you how many times I've
heard from so called experts that swear
up and down that it's bad for you..
But the simple truth is, the worlds
biggest and best bench pressers use
it routinely to reduce the distance the
bar has to travel, and engage the right
muscles during the press..
There's one little glitch to this technique
I ran across today that I think you should
know about.
If you're wearing an Under Armour type
material that slips instead of sticks to the
material of the bench, you'll pull yourself
right out of your groove and lose the entire
benefit of the arch.
Now, the arch is crucial to a big bench, but
even more important is the natural strength
you build to support the need for that arch.
