These types of guys really get
me fightin' mad!
You know, those "trainers" in the gym
who get their poor sap of a client to do
all sorts of crazy moves on a stability
ball or something equally as goofy?
Almost as useless as the ones that use
the latest edition of their favorite "Muscle
Magazine" routines to train their clients
with...
Yea, because the workout of a 330 lb.
juiced up freak show is the same workout
that their beginner should be using..
That's ridiculous!
They shouldn't be using either of those
workouts and neither should you!
You need something that's crafted with
your specific goals in mind, not some
freak behemoth's or numb nuts like the
trainer I talked about above...
