Great Tasting "Hard Gainer Shake"

If you're a "hard gainer" you know
how difficult it can be to add a single
ounce of muscle.
 
It's a pain in the ass that some of us
know all too well...
 
I'm sure you're also painfully aware 
of how important your diet is too...
 
The truth is you can train like a pro

Here's a quick protein shake recipe 
I used back in the day, and that all
of my hard-gainers at the MAN Cave
use every night to add more muscle...

Peanut Butter Cup Blast:
  • Chocolate Protein Powder (1-2 scoops)
  • Milk (2% or Whole Milk: 8 oz.)
  • Peanut Butter (All Natural: 2 tbsp)
  • Old Fashioned Oats (1/2 cup)
  • Cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Honey (1tbsp)
Blend all of these ingredients together
and you've got a proven, fast, and most 
importantly delicious mass building shake.
