I can barely type this message out
to you guys right now!
Why you ask?
The finisher I did today completely
torched my forearms, delts and traps...
Hell it was hard enough just grabbing
my keys and turning the ignition!
That's what grip work will do to you
though..
And to be completely honest with you,
I think it is one of the most overlooked
components of every lifters regimen.
Listen up, cuz I'm gonna let you in on
a little secret that has helped all of our
SWOLEdiers build crushing man strength
and dominating size in their traps, delts,
& forearms.
Plugging in 3-5 minutes of it at the tail
end of your sessions as a strongman style
finisher will give you insane strength &
size gains in your forearms, shoulders and
your traps.
Just think about this: all of our force we
produce is transferred through our hands
and into whatever it is we're lifting.
So for mass building purposes, it helps
to stimulate a TON of muscle fibers that
are needed for faster growth...
And the same goes for strength gains as
well.
Better grip = Dominating Strength
That's why we plugged it into each and
every one of the workouts that all of our
top transformation guys have done.
