6-Pack Shortcuts (Top 3)

Hate the guys that have them, but I
gotta be honest with you, I can't think
of any dude that doesn't wanna have
a ripped up 6-Pack to show off at the
beach or at the pool!

If you're having a tough time getting
yours to show, let me arm you with
2 quick tips that when put to use will
have the ladies drooling!
1) If you're going to do any direct ab
work, do it at the tail end of your workout
as a "finisher" so you can burn more fat
while strengthening your core for bigger
lifts on top of building that 6-pack
2) Start to train like you've got a fire
lit under your ass! Intensity, specifically
vi keeping your heart rate up will have an
after burn effect that'll help you burn
tons of fat!
3) Learn how to manipulate the production
of your bodies anabolic hormones (Test &
HGH) with diet and exercise so you can
again...burn more fat.
