Top 3 "Power Foods"

First off, let me say how proud
I am of all of you!
The major difference in my team
of SWOLEdiers here vs. at the
MAN Cave is that there isn't as
much personal touch...I realize that...
I wish like hell ALL of you could
join us at the MAN Cave, but I know
that's about as realistic as double teaming
two Victoria Secret models!
Still, with the feedback and the success
stories you guys have been sending me,
I could not be more ecstatic and satisfied
with the badassness that you all have found!!!
Ok, enough of the mushy stuff. Let's get
to work!
I hope I caught you before
lunch! Cuz I wanna talk about
the grub you're eating in
todays lesson.
Given the importance of your
nutrition when you are fighting
for those hard earned gains, I
figured now is a good time we
can talk about what you're fueling
your body with..
And yes, you DO need to look at
the food you eat as fuel.
And the quality of what you choose
to put in it as the grade of fuel it is.
If you put in high quality and high octane
fuel, you can expect high performance and
some kick ass gains!
If you put trash in your tank, get ready
to stall out and perform like a beater...
With that I wanna go over 3 of my top
"Power Foods" that help to build muscle
and burn fat while sustaining the energy
yields to perform like a BEAST in the gym:
1) Whole Egg: Notice I said "whole" instead
of just the whites. Fact is, the egg yoke is
PACKED with b-vitamins and healthy fats
that sustain energy, build muscle and burn
tons of fat...plus they're dirt cheap!
2) Lean Red Meat: If you want a food that
you absolutely positively HAVE to have in
your diet if you want to get Jacked, Ripped,
and Strong as hell, then look no further! It's
packed with protein, creatine, and other key
vitamins that are guaranteed to transform you.
3) Almonds: I realize how puny this one might
sound compared to the last two, but given the
fact that a lot of us are busy as hell and can't
always sit for a meal, this is a fast and handy
snack that packs a lot of punch. It's healthy
fats support joints that get beaten up from
heavy lifting and also build muscle & burn fat..
These are just three of the power foods you
need to be eating...
There are many more, but the ones you need
to be eating are only a small fraction of what

That said, remember this: when it comes to
getting the badass results you want, you have
to have a sound gameplan in BOTH nutrition
and training.
If one of those two is lacking, you're not
gonna be happy with what is staring back
at you in the mirror..
