Diet Trick #2

Yesterday we went over the
#1 rule of all dieting. Simply
making the right choice...
Grilled Chicken and a Sweet
Potato instead of Chicken
McNuggets and fries...You
get the idea..
Well today I'm gonna quickly
go over the #2 trick you need
to have in mind when chowing
down in order to get JACKED
& RIPPED..
PORTION CONTROL!!!
That's right, HOW MUCH you
eat is just as important as WHAT
you eat...
I don't care if you make perfect
choices in the food you mow
down, if you help yourself to
6 portions and are trying to
get shredded, you're screwed!
Think about it..
When you are aiming to get ripped
up you gotta burn more calories than
you consume. Lot tougher when you
are gorging yourself, wouldn't you say?
Same thing goes on the flip side.
If you're trying to get JACKED, but are
eating like a bride to be trying to squeeze
her fat ass into a wedding dress, then there
is no way in hell you're gonna gain weight!
You gotta consume more than you burn! And
if you're training the way you are supposed to
in order to get JACKED, it's gonna require a
mega surplus of calories (don't eat like a girl)..
