Get Olympic Sprinter Jacked & Ripped

Back when I was at U. of Fla.
I would always go after Strength
& Conditioning hours to check out
the Track & Field practices..
The one group that always stood out
in my eyes were the sprinters..
Talk about freak shows, these guys
were the model of perfection!
They were Jacked, Ripped, Strong,
Explosive, and most importantly were
able to perform as beast as they looked..
None of that all show no go crap that
you see all too often with a lot..
And you know what? They were like
this year round! None of that BS bulking
and cutting the way most of us are used
to having to do..
The way these guys operated in the gym,
on the track, and in the kitchen was totally
different than what I was used to..
But after pulling aside a few of their coaches
and learning their secret I was amazed to find
out that any one that used their approach to
training and nutrition could get the same results!
