This Sucks the BIG ONE!

If there's anything that sucks
about working out, its the
dreaded plateau..

There's nothing more frustrating
mentally than doing everything 
you've mapped out for yourself
or been told to do yet get crappy
results.
 
It's enough to beat your head 
against the wall (don't do this 
by the way...it hurts!!!)
 
Here are 3 of the major reasons
I see all lifters getting stuck in
a plateau:
 
1) They do the SAME routines
    over and over again (even though 
    they aren't working) 
 
2) They aren't recruiting the right 
    muscles responsible for big lifts
 
3) They aren't doing anything to 
     prime their body for recovery
     of their muscular system or 
     central nervous system..
 
Trust me, these will cripple even 
the most genetically gifted lifters..
 
Well, I've been working on 
something pretty sweet that's 
going to help permanently 
solve this problem so you 
can explode past them...
 
I'll keep you posted on that in
