Over a year ago I purchased your program but never 
used it. Right now one of my athletes needed to stack 
on weight to play Division II football. After 4 weeks of 
cleaning up his big 3 lifting form to insure safety along 
with maximum gains in the future I put him on the Swole 
System. After only 4 weeks on the system he gained 
10 pounds of muscle, bench went up 15 pounds with 
proper tempo, squat went up 20 pounds with no back
