This is the "Edge" You Need to Have

I noticed something last night at
the gym that makes me worry
a ton about being your coach...
 
I'm really hoping it doesn't 
apply to you either.
 
See it was about 6 pm when
I finally got to the gym and 
there was practically no one
there!
 
What the hell?!
 
I know it's Friday, but c'mon!
 
The Margaritas and fish tacos can
wait for another hour!!!
 
But it was right about then that 
I realized that the few people 
that actually DID show up 
were the ones that I always 
see making gains and getting 
better...
 
You think that's a coincidence?
 
Nope...
 
They're the elite...
 
The ones that don't make excuses,
but instead make sacrifices...
 
Sacrifices that lead to serious change!!!
 
That's the big difference between the
ones that are ELITE and the ones that
are average (at best)...
 
Which are you?
 
You the elite or the average?
 
You going straight from work to the
bar, or going to show the dedication 
of a CHAMPION and hit up the gym?
 
You make excuses or sacrifices?
